To ensure the PAC (Power Controller Acoustic) passes radiated immunity (RS) testing, shielding and filtering are required. The chassis should be made of metal with conductive pads at seams and waveguides at openings. Internal circuitry should be partially shielded. Cables should be shielded with 360-degree termination of the shielding layer. The PCB should be multi-layered with a complete ground plane, and sensitive circuits should be kept away from openings.
During testing, a radiated field strength of 10V/m (Level 3) should be applied in the 80MHz-1GHz frequency band according to IEC61000-4-3 standards, without loss of system functionality. Furthermore, immunity can be improved through software fault tolerance mechanisms. Through design, the PAC can meet industrial environment requirements, with a bit error rate of less than 10^-6 during testing.
