Ensuring EMC consistency in mass-produced power line carrier PLCs requires control over the supply chain, manufacturing processes, and testing. The supply chain must ensure that critical EMC components (such as the common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and safety capacitors) come from qualified suppliers and are batch-consistent. Manufacturing processes must control welding quality and shielding installation torque. For testing, a mass-production EMC sampling inspection process should be established, sampling 3-5 units from each batch for radiated and conducted emission testing. Statistical process control (SPC) should be used to monitor key parameters. Consistency control can keep EMC performance fluctuations within ±3dB, ensuring stable and reliable products on the market.
