Onboard filtering for low-voltage power distribution requires consideration of voltage level and current capacity. The high-voltage input side uses a CMZ3225A-501T common-mode inductor (500μH/2A) paired with a CY-Y1-222K Y capacitor (2.2nF/250V). The sampling signal is isolated via an ISO7240C isolation amplifier (3kVrms). PCB design: 10mm slots are cut between the high-voltage and low-voltage areas, filled with insulating adhesive. High-voltage traces are 1.5mm wide (capacitance 5A) and spaced more than 10mm apart from low-voltage traces. With this design, the onboard filter can withstand 300V/5A low-voltage power distribution, has an isolation withstand voltage of 3000Vrms, and a common-mode rejection ratio greater than 80dB, meeting the requirements of the IEC 61850-3 power standard.
