The control power supply noise isolation uses a DC-DC isolation module WRB2405S-3W with an isolation voltage of 1500VDC. π-type filters are added to both the module's input and output: input side CMZ3225A-501T +220μF; output side PWRA6045R6R8M0T +100μF. PCB design: A cutout is made below the isolation module. Ground planes are separated before and after the isolation. Shielded cables are used for the control power lines. This isolation attenuates power supply interference by more than 50dB, and control-side noise is less than 30mVpp.
