The fault alarm circuit's EMC design ensures reliable alarm performance while maintaining interference immunity. It employs a balance between fast action and filtering. The alarm output uses optocoupler isolation (TLP281) with an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms. Shielded twisted-pair cable is used for the output lines. On the PCB, the alarm circuit is kept away from other circuits. In terms of software, multiple confirmations of alarm conditions prevent false alarms. Through this design, the alarm action time is less than 100ms, and the immunity meets the IEC 61000-4-4 2kV EFT test requirements.
