
Low-voltage switch operation noise filtering employs multi-stage filtering. A PBZ2012E600Z0T ferrite bead (600Ω@100MHz) is connected in series in the operating circuit to filter high-frequency noise. An SMBJ24CA TVS diode is connected in parallel at the power supply port to absorb transient overvoltage. Signal lines are RC filtered (1kΩ+100nF). Additionally, a metal shield is added to the operating mechanism. On the PCB, the distance between the operating signal lines and the sensitive lines is greater than 15mm. Through this filtering, operating noise is attenuated by more than 35dB in the 10kHz-100MHz frequency band, and the false alarm rate is less than 0.01%.
