How can the monitoring of a smart low-voltage monitoring unit be interrupted during voltage dips?

Uninterrupted monitoring during voltage dips requires power supply hold-up and software handling. Hardware: A large-capacity capacitor bank (e.g., 4700μF/50V) is added to the power supply front end, with a hold-up time greater than 10ms. A wide input range (9-36V) DC-DC module is selected. Critical circuits are backed up with supercapacitors (0.5F/5V). Software: Voltage dip detection; non-volatile storage of critical states; watchdog reset. This design can pass the IEC 61000-4-11 voltage dip test (0% dip 50ms, 40% dip 0.5s), with uninterrupted monitoring during the test.
