The ESD24VD5 is designed for compact transient suppression on 24V-class power and signal lines where PCB space is limited. It features a 24V reverse working voltage with ultra-low leakage (0.1µA max at VRWM) and sub-nanosecond response, clamping transients to 38V at 1A and 51V at 5A (8/20μs). Compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 (±30kV air/contact) and supporting IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge of 5A along with IEC 61000-4-4 EFT performance, it is ideal for portable devices, digital cameras, compact power supplies and industrial modules requiring stable, long-term transient immunity.
