US2GB provides 400V reverse voltage capability with 2A average current handling in a compact SMB package. Featuring ultrafast recovery time around 50ns, low switching losses, high surge endurance of 50A and low junction capacitance, it is ideal for high-frequency SMPS, industrial converters, chargers and DC power modules.
