US3AC is a low voltage ultrafast recovery rectifier rated at 50V and 3A in SMC package. Featuring fast recovery time of approximately 50ns and high surge current capability of 90A, it supports efficient rectification in DC-DC converters, low voltage SMPS and power management circuits.
