US3MBF is an ultrafast recovery rectifier rated at 1000V and 3A in a low-profile SMBF package. It offers fast recovery around 75ns, high surge endurance of 80A, and optimized thermal performance for compact high-frequency power designs including SMPS, industrial converters and energy conversion systems.
