High saturation current: Meet the high current demand of base station power supplies (such as above 10A), with magnetic core materials preferably being nanocrystalline or iron-silicon-aluminum to balance saturation characteristics and high-frequency loss.
Wide temperature range: The operating temperature should cover -40℃ to +85℃, and some outdoor base stations require -55℃ to +105℃, and pass high-temperature aging tests (such as 125℃/1000 hours).
High voltage resistance and insulation strength: The input and output must withstand a 1500Vrms/60s voltage test, with insulation resistance being ≥100MΩ (500VDC).
