EMC (Electronic Control Management) for pharmaceutical refrigerators primarily involves handling compressor interference. A PTC starter (which inherently limits current) should be connected in series with the compressor power line, and a varistor (e.g., 14D series) may be connected in parallel to absorb operational overvoltages. The temperature controller's sensor (thermometer) signal line should use twisted-pair cable, and a small-capacity capacitor can be added to the controller's power input for filtering. If it is an electronic temperature controller, its MCU program should be stable, and software filtering should be applied to the temperature sampling. The refrigerator's metal casing should be grounded. Selecting a high-efficiency compressor with low starting current and low noise design is fundamental.
