The EMC design of biosafety cabinets prioritizes safety above all else. The EC fan driver should be low-noise, and its power supply should be well-filtered. Weak signals from differential pressure sensors should be differentially amplified and, where possible, transmitted in isolated mode. Safety interlock circuits (e.g., window position sensors, fan interlocks) should employ redundant design and safety relays to ensure that the hardware safety circuits function even if the main controller is interfered with. The controller (PLC or dedicated board) should be a high-reliability model, and the program should undergo periodic self-tests and logic verifications. The entire metal structure of the equipment should be grounded.
