Air purifiers require EMC (Electronic Control Management) handling for various interference sources. The electronic ballasts for the UV lamps must comply with EMC standards for lighting equipment and have built-in filtering circuits. The high-voltage power supply for plasma or ozone generators should be housed in a metal shielded box, and the output high-voltage line should be as short as possible. The power cord for the fan motor should be fitted with a ferrite core. An AC power filter should be installed at the power input terminal of the main control board. If the equipment has an air quality sensor, its signal line should be shielded. The entire metal casing should be continuously grounded, and the ventilation openings should use metal mesh to ensure continuous shielding. The equipment should be placed at a certain distance from sensitive medical equipment.
