For HPLC principles: the high-pressure pump motor drive needs optimization, employing a sine wave drive or adding an output filter to reduce noise. The UV detector's lamp power supply and photodiode array require low-noise design and shielding. For immunoturbidimetry principles: the turbidimeter's light source needs constant current drive, and the photodetector circuit should be shielded. For general components: the motor/heating control circuits of auxiliary equipment such as mixers and incubators inside the instrument should be properly filtered. The entire instrument should use a high-quality linear power supply for the control section, or the switching power supply should be rigorously filtered. The data processing software should include a smoothing filtering algorithm.
