The EMC design of the qPCR instrument requires decoupling of temperature control and optics. The TEC driver board should use high-current ferrite beads (PBZ3216 series) and low-ESR capacitors for power supply decoupling, and a small resistor should be connected in series with the gate of the driving MOSFET to slow down the switching speed. Each channel of the multi-channel fluorescence detection module should be physically isolated (e.g., with an independent shielded slot), and the power supply of its photodetector preamplifier should be LC filtered. The power supplies for the optical module and temperature control module should be separate, with grounding connected via a single point. The entire instrument should have a metal casing, and waveguide filters should be used for the ventilation openings.
