Gene sequencers (e.g., NGS platforms) are ultra-precision instruments that must meet GB 9706.1, YY 0505 (domestic), and IEC 60601-1-2 (international) EMC standards. They integrate microfluidic control, high-precision temperature control, ultra-high resolution fluorescence imaging or electrochemical detection, and massive data processing systems. Standards require sub-micron level positioning accuracy and single-photon level fluorescence detection stability unaffected by internal power supply noise, clock jitter, and external electromagnetic interference. The PID control loop of the temperature control system must also be immune to interference.
