Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers must comply with GB 9706.1, YY 0505 (domestic), and IEC 60601-1-2 (international) EMC standards. They quantify analytes by detecting photons generated during chemical reactions, with a core ultra-low light detection system (typically using a PMT photon counter). The standards require the instrument to operate in near-dark conditions; any electromagnetic interference causing electrical noise can be misinterpreted as photon signals, thus requiring extremely strict control over the system's background noise. Interference from motors (used for sample/reagent transfer), incubator heating, and liquid circuit valves must be effectively isolated.
