The EMC of a biochemical analyzer must achieve isolation between dynamic and static components. The power supplies for all motors, such as the sample loading arm, stirrer, and pump, should be centralized and heavily filtered, and shielded cables should be used for the motor wiring. Critical photoelectric detection modules (e.g., PMTs or photodiode arrays) should be housed in independent shielded enclosures, and their analog amplifier circuits should be powered by linear regulators with LC filters. The colorimeter's light source (halogen lamp or LED) driver must be stable and use a constant current source circuit. The overall communication bus (e.g., CAN, RS-485) connecting the modules must use a protected bus transceiver chip (e.g., ESDSM712 for RS-485) with proper impedance matching.
