Fully automated biochemical analyzers are core equipment in clinical laboratories and must comply with GB 9706.1, YY 0505 (domestic), and IEC 60601-1-2 (international) EMC standards. They integrate various electromechanical modules, including a precision sample loading arm (stepper/servo motor), a colorimeter/photometer (light source, photoelectric detection), an incubator, and a flushing pump. Standards require that the driving noise of all moving parts and fluid control components should not affect the signal-to-noise ratio of the high-sensitivity photoelectric detection system. Furthermore, the equipment must operate stably in multi-device laboratory environments, and the test results must be unaffected by external electromagnetic interference.
