It measures airflow using flow and pressure sensors and internally includes an air pump/valve control unit, analog amplification, and data processing unit. The standards focus on the device's immunity to radio frequency electromagnetic fields to ensure accurate measurement results. Commutation sparks from the air pump motor (e.g., brushed/brushless) or switching noise from the drive circuit are major sources of interference.
