How to shield the gaps in the concentrator panel?

Openings such as displays, indicator lights, and buttons on the concentrator panel can disrupt shielding continuity. Addressing these gaps requires a comprehensive approach using conductive materials, filtering, and layout. For large openings like displays, use transparent conductive film (ITO film) or metal mesh laminated shielding glass, tightly pressing it to the metal panel around its perimeter with conductive gaskets. For small openings like indicator lights and buttons, use components with metal housings, ensuring direct contact between the housing and the metal surface of the panel opening during installation, or use conductive rubber gaskets. For unavoidable assembly gaps (such as the panel-cabinet joint), use highly elastic electromagnetic sealing gaskets (such as beryllium copper springs or conductive foam), with compression reaching 30%-70% of the design value. All cables passing through the panel must be connected via metal feed-through capacitors or filter connectors. These measures can reduce electromagnetic leakage from panel gaps by 20-30 dB.
