Improving DTU immunity can be achieved by using isolation devices to cut off noise paths. Power isolation utilizes isolated DC-DC modules, such as the Mornsun QA series, with an isolation voltage of 3000VDC. Signal isolation uses optocouplers (such as the TLP281) or digital isolators (such as the ADuM1410), supporting speeds above 1Mbps. In the isolation area, PCB slots with a width greater than 2mm are created to prevent creepage. Isolation blocks ground loop noise and common-mode interference. In actual testing, using isolation devices improved the system's EFT immunity from ±2kV to ±4kV. Isolation devices significantly improve system stability in noisy industrial environments.
