How can power DTU safety capacitors balance EMC and power standards?

When selecting DTU safety capacitors, both EMC performance and power regulations must be considered, ensuring the selection of compliant and effective filtering products. For differential-mode filtering across LN, X2 safety capacitors (0.1-1μF/275VAC) certified to IEC60384-14 are used. For common-mode filtering across LG/NG, Y2 safety capacitors (1-10nF/250VAC) are used, meeting reinforced insulation requirements. Metallized polypropylene film dielectric with self-healing properties is chosen for the capacitors. Regarding EMC, the capacitors must have low ESR in the 150kHz-30MHz frequency range. During installation, capacitor leads should be kept as short as possible and placed close to noise sources. Safety and reliability are ensured through withstand voltage testing (2000VDC/60s) and flame retardant testing.
