1. Establish EMC design specifications: Based on product standards, topology, and power ratings, pre-establish detailed PCB layout, grounding, shielding, filtering, and protection design specifications as design guidelines.

2. Simulation analysis: Utilize simulation tools to model and simulate switching waveforms, power loop parasitic parameters, filter impedance, and chassis shielding effectiveness to predict potential problems and optimize the design.

3. Refer to mature designs: Borrow proven modular designs or platform solutions, such as using tested driver boards, filter modules, and cabinet structures.

4. Pre-selection and evaluation of key components: Select and evaluate key EMC components in advance, such as common-mode inductors, TVS diodes, and shielding materials, to ensure their performance meets standards.
