
The industrial AI edge gateway has a built-in AI accelerator that can perform local preprocessing of vibration, sound, and image signals, such as wavelet denoising and image enhancement. To ensure that the preprocessing module is not affected by power supply interference at high sampling rates, an LC filter inductor CML3225A-101T and a ferrite bead PBZ1608E600Z0T are added to the ADC and FPGA power supplies. At the same time, a 22Ω series resistor is connected to the SPI interface to suppress overshoot, and a TVS ESD5V0D8B is connected in parallel to clamp electrostatic discharge. Actual measurements show that the signal-to-noise ratio is improved by 12dB after preprocessing, and there are no data errors at EFT ±2kV.
