Material: 5052 aluminum alloy, 1.2mm thick.
Structure: Six-sided continuous conductive surface, with gap length less than λ/20.
Manufacturing Process: Beryllium copper springs are used at the seams; metal mesh is used for ventilation holes; transparent conductive film is used for the display window.
Testing: The shielding chamber method is used to ensure a shielding effectiveness greater than 35dB in the 30MHz-1GHz frequency band.
Through this assurance, the enclosure meets the shielding effectiveness requirements of IEC 61000-5-7.
