Can an industrial AI edge gateway achieve local AI alarms for abnormal data and synchronization with the cloud?

When the industrial AI edge gateway detects anomalies in AI inference, such as equipment failures or defective products on the production line, it can output alarms locally via DO and simultaneously upload alarm logs to the cloud. To ensure that the alarm DO does not malfunction under strong electromagnetic fields, solid-state relays are used for isolation, and a TVS ESDSM712 is connected in parallel to clamp surges. At the same time, a common-mode inductor CMZ2012A-900T is added to the network port to ensure reliable synchronization with the cloud. A PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead is added to the reset signal to prevent false resets. The measured alarm action accuracy is 100% at a radiation field of 10V/m.
