Communication cable shielding ensures signal integrity. It employs either double-ended grounding or single-point grounding: for high-frequency signals (>1MHz) such as Ethernet, the shield is grounded at both ends; for low-frequency signals such as RS485, the shield is grounded at a single point. Connection method: 360° crimping via metal connectors. A 100pF/2kV capacitor is added between the shield and the core wire. For multi-pair twisted-pair cables, each pair is individually shielded, and the overall shielding is applied. Through this treatment, the shielding effectiveness is greater than 35dB.
