The industrial AI edge gateway features a complete ESD protection design, meeting IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 requirements for ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge. Key measures include:

1. ESD diodes (ESD5V0D8B, ESDLC5V0D8B, etc.) are added to all exposed metal interfaces (USB, HDMI, RJ45).

2. Discharge teeth are arranged along the PCB edge and connected to the chassis ground.

3. TVS 5.0SMDJ33CA and varistor 14D391K are connected in parallel at the power port.
