The industrial AI edge gateway AI module integrates voltage and temperature monitoring and a watchdog timer to achieve hardware-level fault self-diagnosis. The diagnostic circuit is susceptible to power supply interference, requiring the addition of a PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead and capacitor filtering to the monitoring IC power supply, and an ESDLC5V0D8B clamp for electrostatic discharge on the I2C bus. Simultaneously, a TVS ESD5V0D8B anti-latch is added to the diagnostic interrupt output. Actual testing shows a 100% accuracy rate in self-diagnosis with no error alarms under EFT ±4kV.
