EMC rectification of packet loss in PAC (Power Controller Acoustics) communication requires locating the interference path and implementing targeted measures. First, use an oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer to monitor the communication signal waveform and spectrum to pinpoint noise frequencies (such as power supply harmonics and clock radiation). If conducted interference is present, add a common-mode inductor (CMZ3225A-510T) and TVS protection (ESDLC5V0D3B) to the communication port. If radiated interference is present, check the grounding of the shielded cable (ensuring 360-degree termination) and add a shield to the PHY chip. Simultaneously, optimize the power supply filtering of the communication chip by adding a ferrite bead (PBZ1608A-102Z0T) and decoupling capacitors. Enable CRC checksum and retransmission mechanisms in the software. After rectification, the communication signal eye diagram opening improved by 30%, the bit error rate decreased from 10^-5 to 10^-9, and it passed IEC61000-4-4 EFT 4kV and IEC61000-4-5 Surge 2kV tests with a packet loss rate of less than 0.001%.
