To reduce coupling, wire harness routing requires classification and isolation.
Classification: Power lines, signal lines, and communication lines should be bundled separately.
Isolation: Different types of wire harnesses should be routed in separate cable trays with a spacing greater than 100mm; crossings should be perpendicular.
Routing: Wiring should be routed along the edge of the chassis.
Fixing: Metal clips should be used, and the clips should be grounded.
Shielding: Sensitive wire harnesses should use shielding sleeves.
Through optimized routing, the inter-wire coupling capacitance is less than 1pF.
