Transient interference generated by switching actions affects monitoring accuracy. Impact analysis: Common-mode interference causes sampling offset. Solution: The monitoring circuit uses an ISO7240C isolation amplifier. A second-order active filter with a cutoff frequency of 2kHz is added to the monitoring input. Shielded twisted-pair cable is used for the monitoring lines. On the PCB, the monitoring circuit is kept away from the switching circuit with a spacing greater than 20mm. An independent LDO power supply is used. With this design, the monitoring error during switching actions is less than 0.2%.
