ESD electrostatic protection for microphones

Microphone, English: A microphone is an energy conversion device that converts sound signals into electrical signals. As a device that comes into contact with the human body, it poses an ESD electrical hazard.

The maximum standard signal value for microphone circuits is usually 5.5 Vp-p, with a maximum frequency below 10kHz. At this frequency, the capacitance of the suppressor does not need to be considered.
