Centralized procurement information for 5G wireless master devices

China Mobile's centralized procurement project for 5G wireless main equipment from 2025 to 2026:

 

On June 11th, the bidding was opened, and on June 12th, China Mobile Procurement and Tendering Network released a public announcement of the selected candidates. Huawei, ZTE, Shanghai Nokia Bell, CITIC Mobile, and Ericsson won the bid.

 

Among them, the candidates for transaction in the 2.6GHz/4.9GHz frequency band are Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huawei Technology Services Co., Ltd. consortium, ZTE Corporation, Ericsson (China) Communications Co., Ltd., CITIC Mobile Communications Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Nokia Bell Co., Ltd; The candidates for the 700MHz frequency band transaction are Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huawei Technologies Services Co., Ltd. consortium, ZTE Corporation, Shanghai Nokia Bell Co., Ltd., CITIC Mobile Communications Technology Co., Ltd., Ericsson (China) Communications Co., Ltd

 

The project plans to purchase approximately 241800 5G wireless master equipment (2.6GHz/4.9GHz) base stations and 155700 5G wireless master equipment (700MHz) base stations, for a total of approximately 397500 stations.

 

China Telecom's 2025 self-developed 5G small base station (including source station) equipment centralized procurement project:

 

On June 10th, China Telecom launched the project and plans to adopt a direct procurement method. The purchaser is China Telecom Co., Ltd., and the direct procurement supplier is China Telecom Guangdong Research Institute. The main procurement includes self-developed 5G extended small base stations, source stations, integrated small base station equipment, and related services.

 

2025-2026 Zhongxun Institute 5G Base Station Commissioned Production and Service (Framework) Project:

 

On June 18th, Zhongxun Posts and Telecommunications Consulting Design Institute Co., Ltd. announced the candidate for winning the bid, and CITIC Mobile Communication Technology Co., Ltd. became the first candidate for winning the bid. The total price quoted was 219314022.00 yuan (excluding tax), and the delivery time was within 27 days from the date of receiving the order. In addition, Tianjin Yikeqi Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jiaxian Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Ankexun (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd., and China Post Technology Co., Ltd. are the second to fifth candidates for winning the bid, respectively

 

The public announcement period is from June 18, 2025 to June 23, 2025

 

The second centralized procurement project for Huawei 5G base station equipment construction services by China Unicom Shandong Branch in 2025:

 

On June 19th, the announcement of the winning bidder candidate was released, and the first place winner was China Mobile Construction Co., Ltd. The bidding price (excluding tax) has not been announced, with a discount of 98% and a share of 100%. The delivery period is within 60 days from the date of order issuance.

 

The public notice period is from 18:00 on June 19, 2025 to 18:00 on June 23, 2025
