PPTC自恢复用保险丝的工作原理和应用注意事项?
         PPTC自恢复保险丝的工作原理是基于材料的正温度系数性质。在正常工作温度下,保险丝的材料呈低电阻态;一旦电流超过额定值,保险丝内部温度升高,导致材料处于高电阻态,限制电流通过,防止过电流引起的设备损坏或起火。但是一旦电流降低到安全值范围内,保险丝内部温度降低,材料重新呈低电阻态,恢复正常通电状态。

PPTC自恢复保险丝的应用注意事项如下:
1. 充分了解被保护电路的工作条件,选择合适的保险丝额定电压和电流值。
2. 避免受到机械或其他物理因素对保险丝造成损伤,导致失效或无法自恢复。
3. 在安装过程中,避免保险丝处于高温环境或受到过度振动,以防止保险丝提前失效或自恢复受到干扰。
4. 对于需要更换的保险丝,必须选择具有相同规格和性能的保险丝进行更换。
