The ESD15VAPB is a high reliability ESD protection diode array engineered to safeguard industrial and automotive communication interfaces from electrostatic discharge and surge transients. Featuring a 15V reverse working voltage, breakdown range of 16.5–19V, and fast sub-nanosecond response, it clamps surge voltages to approximately 28V at 10A and 32V at 15A under 8/20μs waveform conditions. With ±30kV IEC 61000-4-2 immunity and controlled junction capacitance of 40–80pF, it is ideally suited for RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, motor control systems, industrial controllers, and rugged embedded electronics.
