The ESD36VAPB is a compact high-reliability ESD protection diode array designed to safeguard industrial and communication interfaces from electrostatic discharge and transient overvoltage events. With a 36V reverse working voltage, breakdown range of approximately 38–45V, and fast sub-nanosecond response, it effectively clamps surge voltages to around 55V at 1A and 70V at 4A under 8/20μs waveform conditions. Supporting ±30kV IEC 61000-4-2 immunity and low junction capacitance, it is ideally suited for RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, control systems, computing equipment, and rugged embedded electronics requiring stable long-term transient protection.
