RS3AC is a low voltage fast recovery rectifier rated at 50V and 3A. Featuring rapid recovery around 150ns, typical junction capacitance of 40pF, and high surge tolerance of 90A, it is ideal for DC-DC converters, low voltage SMPS and power management circuits.
