RS5AC is a low voltage fast recovery rectifier rated at 50V and 5A. Featuring rapid recovery around 150ns, typical junction capacitance of 50pF, and high surge tolerance of 120A, it is ideal for DC-DC converters, low voltage SMPS and power management circuits.
