Dental treatment units integrate dental handpieces (high-speed turbine, electric motor), cold light lighting, mouthwash systems, and negative pressure saliva suction devices. Their EMC standards must comply with GB 9706.1, YY 0505 (domestic), and IEC 60601-1-2 (international). The standards require that the motor brush spark noise of the high-speed turbine handpiece (>300,000 rpm) be suppressed, and that the emissions from the drive circuit (brushed/brushless) of the electric motor handpiece not exceed limits. Simultaneously, the electronic control components of the entire treatment unit (e.g., seat adjustment, lighting control) must be immune to interference from the handpiece and saliva suction motors to ensure functional stability.
