The EMC design of CRRT requires further enhancement based on the hemodialysis machine. The signal conditioning circuitry of weighing sensors or high-precision flow sensors used for high-precision measurements must be housed in a separate shielded chamber, using low-noise, low-temperature-drift components, and the power supply must undergo multi-stage filtering. All pump drivers (blood pump, replacement fluid pump, waste fluid pump) should be low-noise models, and sinusoidal wave drive technology should be employed to reduce torque ripple and electromagnetic noise. The entire system should employ a real-time operating system (RTOS) and incorporate anti-interference designs such as a watchdog timer. Conductive sealing strips should be used at housing gaps to ensure shielding continuity.
