Enteral nutrition pumps are used to deliver enteral nutrition solutions, and their EMC standards must comply with GB 9706.1, YY 0505 (domestic), and IEC 60601-1-2 (international). Their working principle is similar to that of infusion pumps, but may involve different pumping mechanisms (e.g., rotary squeeze). Standards require that in hospital or home environments, the pumping rhythm and volume should not be affected by common electromagnetic interference, avoiding excessively fast or slow infusions. The equipment may include functions such as blockage alarms and drip rate detection; the reliability of these sensor circuits is also part of the EMC assessment.
