EMC rectification of infusion pumps focuses on motors and sensors. For each phase output of the stepper motor driver, an RC absorption network (e.g., 100Ω + 100pF) can be connected in parallel to ground to slow down voltage changes and reduce radiation. Large-capacity electrolytic capacitors and small-capacity ceramic capacitors should be placed near the power supply pins of the driver chip for decoupling. Bubble detection typically uses ultrasonic or photoelectric principles; the signal lines of its transmitting and receiving circuits should be short and shielded, and common-mode inductors may be used to filter out common-mode noise. The equipment casing should be properly grounded, and ESD protection devices (ESD5V0D8B) should be added to the buttons and encoder signal lines of the operation panel.
