How to Choose Inductors in Buck Circuits?

:根据 Buck 电路的工作原理和公式

额定电流与饱和电流
:额定电流要大于电路中的最大持续工作电流,以确保电感在正常工作时不会因过热等问题而损坏。饱和电流是电感能承受而电感值不发生明显下降的最大直流电流,电路中的峰值电流不能超过电感的饱和电流,否则电感性能会恶化,一般要求饱和电流至少是电路最大电流的 1.5 倍到 2 倍。
品质因数(Q 值)
:Q 值越高,电感的损耗越小,效率越高。在高频 Buck 电路中,高 Q 值电感可以减少能量损耗,提高电路效率,但高 Q 值的电感通常成本也较高。
直流电阻(DCR)
:DCR 会导致电感在通过电流时产生功率损耗,DCR 越小,损耗越小,效率越高,在大电流 Buck 电路中,应选择 DCR 小的电感,以降低发热和能量损耗

:Buck 电路的工作频率应远低于电感的自谐频率,以保证电感在工作时呈现电感特性,而不是电容特性。

尺寸与封装
:根据电路板的空间大小,选择合适尺寸和封装形式的电感。常见的有贴片电感和插件电感,贴片电感占用空间小,适合高密度电路板;插件电感则在一些对散热要求较高或需要较大电感值的场合使用。
磁芯材料
:铁氧体磁芯适用于高频应用,具有低损耗、高磁导率等特点;铁粉芯能承受较大的直流偏置电流,在功率电感中应用较多;空气芯电感线性度好、无磁芯损耗,常用于高频射频电路或对电感值稳定性要求高的场合。
电气强度与耐压
:确保电感的耐压值高于电路中的最高工作电压,以防止发生击穿等故障,对于输入电压较高或有电压尖峰的 Buck 电路,这一点尤为重要。
其他因素
成本与供应商
:在满足电路性能要求的前提下,考虑电感的成本和品牌厂商的信誉、供货能力等。选择具有良好信誉和稳定供货的供应商,以保证产品质量和后续生产的顺利进行。
温度特性
:如果 Buck 电路工作环境温度变化较大,要选择温度系数合适的电感,以确保在不同温度下电感性能的稳定性。
