Industrial human-machine interfaces (HMIs) serve as a bridge between data visualization and command issuance in industrial automation systems, and their reliability directly impacts the real-time control of the production line. Addressing the risks of electrostatic discharge (ESD) from high-frequency touch operations by operators, and the electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues (screen flickering/distortion) that can occur in factory environments with high-power frequency converters, we offer system-level ESD suppression and high-sensitivity signal fidelity solutions. These solutions ensure accurate response and prevent false triggering of capacitive/resistive touchscreens while effectively isolating them from electrical transients at the base interface and communication bus, guaranteeing clear display and robust interaction of the LCD panel and processing unit in dusty, oily, and strongly magnetically interfered environments.
