Thromboelastography assesses a patient's overall coagulation profile by monitoring the real-time change in blood's physical properties from liquid to solid. To address the sensitivity of its high-precision torque sensor to mechanical vibration and electromagnetic noise, and the pulse interference generated by the temperature-controlled heating system during temperature maintenance, we have developed a precision signal conditioning and thermal management circuit surge suppression solution. These solutions ensure that weak mechanical signals are not distorted during conversion into electrical signals, guaranteeing accurate readings of coagulation indices (R, K values, etc.) and providing highly reliable kinetic curves for clinical anesthesia and transfusion monitoring.
