Medical electric chairs are crucial platforms for precision medicine and patient care, and their multi-axis linkage systems place stringent demands on the smoothness of motion control. To address electromagnetic interference generated during multi-motor collaborative operation and electrostatic pulses from frequent plugging and unplugging of the handheld controller interface, we offer highly efficient transient response suppression (TVS) and interface filtering protection solutions. These components effectively absorb surge voltages during motor commutation, ensuring that the signal logic of precision sensors and microcontrollers remains undisturbed. This results in smooth, noise-free position adjustment, guaranteeing the accuracy and safety of the diagnostic and treatment process.
